Working at Freudenberg: A World of Opportunities
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for a defined group of employees, including batch processing of test and live payroll runs, as well as all preparatory and follow-up work.
- You will maintain, check, and archive payroll-relevant personnel data, as well as batch import transaction data using the software used.
- You will oversee the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of payroll accounting and the certification and reporting system.
- You will provide advice and support to managers and employees on all tax and social security issues.
- You will correspond independently with public authorities, social security institutions, and tax authorities.
- Your tasks will also include managing the company pension scheme and providing support in time management and access control.
- You will participate in task-specific project activities.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed your (commercial) training, optionally with further training as a personnel specialist, or have a similar qualification.
- You have sound, practical professional experience in payroll accounting in an industrial company.
- You have good knowledge of tax and social security law.
- You are familiar with a time management system, knowledge of the PAISY payroll software is an advantage.
- You are familiar with the use of MS Office.
- Your personality is characterized by a high level of social competence, strong communication skills, and a pronounced ability to work in a team.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C1) and a good command of English.
