Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine/n Pflichtpraktikant:in für mindestens 3 Monate zur Unterstützung im Bereich Business Development.

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von Unternehmenstätigkeiten:
  • Umstrukturierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Wettbewerbsanalysen für die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und Identifizierung neuer Trends
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen sowie operativen Maßnahmen und die Übernahme eigener (Teil-)Projekte
  • Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen zu branchenspezifischen Themen
  • Identifizierung von Cross- und Upselling Potentialen
Qualifikation

Du absolvierst momentan ein Studium im Bereich BWL/Sportökonomie, Sportmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

  • Du hast einen Blick für Details ebenso wie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest selbständig und zielorientiert
  • Du bist kreativ, hochmotiviert und hast Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Leidenschaft für die Sport- und Fitnessbranche sowie eine hohe Affinität für Digitalisierung runden dein Profil ab
