Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Development Assistant to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project development department, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the project development team, including data processing, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including planning, legal, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform financial tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
