Linde GmbH, Gases Division, is seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead our Category Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a market-driven, structured, and dynamic category management strategy for our industrial gases business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Category Management Team in developing and implementing a category management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industrial gases market, including trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for category growth and optimize category performance.
- Analyze and evaluate category performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive category growth and optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, preferably in the industrial gases industry.
- Proven track record of leading category management initiatives and driving business growth.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
