Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic procurement processes, demand management, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with local category managers to ensure a cohesive global approach.
- Improve and develop sub-category strategies at a global level.
- Support the Global Category Manager in sourcing, supplier, and risk strategies.
- Leverage category and market expertise for sourcing categories.
- Engage with key internal stakeholders and main suppliers.
- Drive digitization of processes and user satisfaction with tools.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, supply chain management, or similar professional education.
- Target-oriented, highly motivated, and committed.
- Extensive procurement experience or proven track record in related roles.
- Knowledge of consulting and professional services markets and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
- High level of service and customer focus.
- International negotiation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
