Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our communications strategy, including:

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal meetings, retreats, and employee events. This includes preparing content in collaboration with internal teams and managing the logistics of these gatherings.
  • Process Documentation: Create presentations that illustrate or update departmental processes, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Personnel Communication: Support the creation of communications regarding personnel changes and updates.
  • Media Relations: Aid in managing inquiries from customers and journalists, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, strong motivation, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical thinking and a strategic approach to tasks.
