This internship offers you a comprehensive insight into the product management of small vans at our Stuttgart location, featuring a variety of tasks.

In Product Management, we focus on maintaining a market-oriented and sustainable product portfolio for Mercedes-Benz vans. Our primary responsibility is to translate market and customer requirements into actionable projects throughout the vehicle life cycle.

We consolidate customer needs from various global regions and sectors, transforming them into clear sales requirements for our committees and projects, ensuring effective decision-making and implementation. Our portfolio caters to both private and commercial customers, allowing us to address the specific needs of diverse customer groups.

To achieve our goals, we collaborate closely with Marketing, Development, Controlling, Market Research, Communications, After Sales, and our manufacturing facilities. As the central interface between these areas and our customers, we thrive in a dynamic and motivated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing a sustainable and economical product range
  • Support targeted measures throughout the product life cycle
  • Participate in managing and tracking customer requirements and product measures
  • Contribute to the clarification and creation of technical vehicle content descriptions
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Sales on lifecycle measures, strategic planning, and documentation
  • Engage with other departments, including Development, Controlling, and Strategy
  • Support various committees
  • Help prepare decision-making and presentation documents

Qualifications:

  • Studying economics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on marketing
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach
  • Confident and communicative personality
