We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Train Service Sales and Operations Trainee. As a Train Service Sales and Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers at our train stations.
Key Responsibilities- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert knowledge on train services and sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest train services and sales information, using this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in German language.
- 16 free train tickets per year.
