Your Mission

Become an integral part of our innovative team as a Pre-Sales Specialist, where you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction by offering expert assistance and creative solutions throughout the sales journey. You will work in close collaboration with our sales and technical teams to provide effective solutions that cater to our clients' requirements.

Your ProfileYour Responsibilities
  • Engage with the sales team to grasp client needs and suggest customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Create and present engaging presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the advantages and value of our offerings.
  • Support the development and upkeep of technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Perform market and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for product differentiation and positioning.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that client expectations are met with product capabilities.
  • Assist in overseeing proof of concept (POC) initiatives to validate solutions and illustrate their effectiveness to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively convey their value to clients.
  • Provide insights to the product development team regarding client requirements and potential product improvements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client discussions, and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong enthusiasm for technology and customer interaction, with a commitment to enhancing customer success and driving company growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results punctually.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and keeping abreast of industry developments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
