Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Praktikanten/Werkstudenten im Bereich Global Mobility Services - Global Compensation Management, um unsere Kunden bei den zukünftigen Herausforderungen zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Implementierung und operativen Umsetzung globaler Payroll-Reporting-Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit internationalen Mitarbeitereinsätzen.
  • Bei der laufenden Betreuung unserer Kunden unterstützt du das Team bei der Verarbeitung von Vergütungsdaten international tätiger Arbeitnehmer zur Sicherstellung der lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Einbehaltungsverpflichtungen in den verschiedenen Einsatzländern.
  • Du entwickelst ein gutes Verständnis aller entsendungsrelevanten Vergütungsdaten und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung und Auswertung dieser Daten mit Hilfe von Visualisierungsprogrammen.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt und berätst Du bei der fortschreitenden Automatisierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe aus technischer und fachlicher Sicht.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren KPMG-Kolleg:innen aus aller Welt gehört zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.
Dein Profil
  • Für ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit im Bereich Global Mobility Services – Global Compensation Management benötigst Du ein Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über erste Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und hast Interesse an Einkommen- und Lohnsteuer.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Deutsch auf C1 Niveau und Englisch auf B2 Niveau.
