About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Mobility Vendor Management Team as a Global Mobility Vendor Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships related to global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and aligning our global mobility programs with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with global mobility vendors, including relocation services providers, immigration firms, and other third-party service providers.
- You will negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the most effective vendor billing approach globally and that terms and conditions meet the organization's requirements.
- You will develop and maintain vendor scorecards and performance metrics to track vendor performance against agreed-upon targets.
- You will identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor management, ensuring that vendors comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to global mobility services.
- You will work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage the budget for vendor services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that vendor services align with company goals and objectives.
- You will stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global mobility and vendor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in global mobility vendor management or a related field.
- Strong vendor management skills, including experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and vendor billing.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial reports, global mobility programs, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
