About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Compensation Specialist to join our team at BASF Services Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Global Business Services department, you will play a crucial role in driving mobility and ensuring the smooth transfer of employees within our global network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and consulting services to our Global Community and stakeholders on all aspects of transfer compensation.
  • Develop and optimize compensation strategies, as well as design and implement changes to our transferee compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and IT tools to implement technical requirements and improve work processes.
  • Lead and manage the annual merit increase and bonus round for all regional mobility centers.
  • Participate in projects with business units and stakeholders to improve transfer compensation processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR, preferably in mobility and/or compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record of optimizing internal processes and structures, as well as improving service quality.
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Project management experience.

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
  • Bonus dependent on company success and individual performance.
