We, at NKT, are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our Group HR team, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple countries and locations, predominantly for selected specialists and manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build diverse, external talent pools for key functions
  • Ensure high-quality and unbiased recruitment processes
  • Support and train local HR colleagues and leaders on talent acquisition topics
  • Prepare reporting and metrics related to talent acquisition

About the Role:

You will work closely with around 90 international colleagues spread over multiple locations. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. To thrive in this role, you are a person who enjoys a diverse working day, juggling and executing a broad span of tasks and recruitments over several locations and organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Several years' of experience from recruiting specialists and leaders, preferably in an international setting
  • Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), e.g. SAP SuccessFactors would be ideal
  • Understanding and experience from employer branding and talent acquisition activities
  • Fluency in English and German, Czech would be ideal but not essential
