About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the retail sector and driving the sales of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector, with a focus on customer behavior and foot traffic analysis.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze customer business strategies and sell relevant solutions from our portfolio to create innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

About You

  • You have a proven track record in sales, business development, or key account management, with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • You have experience in customer behavior, analytics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the retail sector.
  • You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with a ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
