We're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at 1KOMMA5°. As a leading provider of energy software solutions, we're revolutionizing the way people live, work, and interact with energy.
Your Mission- Deliver exceptional in-person support for our tools and hardware, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Provide remote support to colleagues across the globe, fostering a culture of collaboration and expertise sharing.
- Contribute to change management initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in our region.
- Take ownership of tickets, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align our global IT strategy with business needs, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
- Embody resilience in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and driving results.
- Liaise with local staff and stakeholders to promote our IT focus, driving global alignment and consistency.
- Automate processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Align with key stakeholders to capitalize on overlaps and drive business value.
- Implement standard tooling configurations and support our international user base (L1-L2 support).
- Minimum 1-2 years of technology service desk support experience.
- Demonstrate design thinking methodology and experience with transformation/change management.
- Having worked in fast-growing start-up environments is a significant advantage.
- Experience with tech tooling stacks, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, and MDM tools like InTune and Kandji.
- Fluency in English and German (C1/C2 level) for effective communication.
