Sales Professional for Technical Solutions

About the Role
Falch GmbH is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Hamburg. As a sales and business development manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Take over a territory due to succession plan and develop a sales strategy to drive growth
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships with craft businesses and industrial companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and find optimal solutions for customers' challenges
- Develop and implement sales campaigns based on market research
- Build and maintain a strong customer base and drive turnover to support the opening of a new branch
- Collaborate with service partners in the region and maintain our CRM system
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the sale of technical capital goods and a strong passion for technology
- Experience in the construction, trade, refurbishment, or industrial services sector
- Professional in customer acquisition and persistent in closing projects
- Experience in setting up and developing a sales territory
- Fluency in German is essential
