Beschreibung der Position

Als Spezialist für den Landverkehr bei Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG trittst Du als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Partner auf. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner im Landverkehr, die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, die Überwachung von Sendungen proaktiv und die Erstattung entsprechender Berichte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner im Landverkehr
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
  • Überwachung von Sendungen proaktiv
  • Erstattung entsprechender Berichte
  • Bearbeitung von Sendungen im Bereich Spedition international
  • Arbeit mit ATLAS zur Zollabfertigung im grenzüberschreitenden Warenverkehr
Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Landverkehr
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Importabwicklung inkl. Zoll
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsverhalten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern verbindlich und freundlich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Speditionssoftware und gängigen MS Office-Programmen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
