Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated BIM Modeller to contribute to the development of specialized construction projects in the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves navigating through various planning stages and ensuring that all technical aspects are meticulously handled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of construction projects tailored to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with all planning phases.
  • Independently manage tasks that facilitate technical and professional planning of construction and laboratory environments using Autodesk Revit.
  • Create and maintain 3D model content in Autodesk Revit, providing model-based information as required.
  • Engage in BIM-driven interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards throughout projects and actively participate in the enhancement of BIM processes.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team and contribute to interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Act as a technical liaison for clients, adopting a solution-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile:
  • Possess a degree in architecture or equivalent qualifications in technical drawing or BIM methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of interdisciplinary planning processes coupled with strong communication abilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ideally with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and Dynamo is a plus.
  • Have experience in the formulation and application of standards.
  • Show a keen interest in software and emerging technologies.
  • Possess good command of the German language; proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Maintain a structured, methodical, and dedicated work ethic.
