As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating BIM processes and ensuring seamless integration with our design teams
  • Leading coordination meetings and developing BIM execution plans to drive project success
  • Managing BIM requirements and ensuring quality standards for data models
  • Handling data transfers between different parties and stakeholders
  • Updating BIM standards and templates to reflect industry best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in BIM projects and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools
  • Knowledge of digital model-based space management and scripting languages like Grasshopper
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
