Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out BIM coordination tasks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead internal and external coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication.
  • Create and update BIM execution plans to ensure project deliverables.
  • Manage BIM requirements and ensure their implementation to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate data transfers between planning, specialist planning, and clients to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure internal quality specifications for data models to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, Revit templates, and families to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Solid experience in implementing BIM projects to ensure project success.
  • Confident approach to implementing project and work processes in model-based work.
  • Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and tools for model coordination, such as bimCollab Zoom and Solibri Model Checker.
  • Knowledge in data management of digital model-based space books, such as dRofus.
  • Pleasure in working with information models and scripting languages, such as Grasshopper or Dynamo.
  • Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English.
