Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at INVENSITY GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
