We invite you to play a vital role in enhancing our communication efforts across our store network in Germany by stepping into the position of National Communications Coordinator at our Store Support Office.

Role Overview:
As a National Communications Coordinator, your primary focus will be to facilitate seamless communication between our central office and local retail locations, uphold company standards, and assist in daily operational activities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing routine communications, supporting administrative functions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local communication strategies that connect the central office with retail locations.
  • Work collaboratively with various business units and local teams to ensure that store content aligns with company standards.
  • Oversee daily communications with stores through various channels such as newsletters, emails, and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance communication tools while proposing operational enhancements.
  • Conduct inspections of local stores to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in office management, foster team relationships, and streamline operational processes.
  • Support new store openings and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, company vehicles, mobile devices, and computers.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with administrative duties and event planning.
  • Address local exceptions for stores and aid in legal documentation processes.
  • Engage in projects aimed at improving operational solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
  • A genuine interest in retail or relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
