About the Role

The Regional Head of HR will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function for the CEMA region, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the region.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity, ensuring that employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to the organization's success.
  • HR Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation, to ensure seamless support to business leaders and employees.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, business leaders, and external partners.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of HR experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services and driving business results.
  • Proven business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the CEMA region, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks to the organization.
