Your Responsibilities- Develop a claims strategy to support involved stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of concepts for claims assessment and defense.
- Analyze contracts, including risk assessment, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare notices of delay, amendments, and measures to counter unjustified claims.
- Support and advise on the assertion and defense of claims.
- Conduct claim negotiations and settlements.
- Assist in optimizing contract management processes.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on contract and claim management.
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law, preferably at the Master's level.
- Several years of experience in contract and claim management, focusing on industrial projects, preferably in an international context.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract and procurement strategies, complex agreements, negotiations, and contract drafting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail orientation.
- Negotiation-savvy, ambitious, and commercially-minded individual.
- Structured approach with excellent cooperation and communication skills.
- Ability to influence with high integrity, motivate others, and build trust internally and externally.
- Comfortable engaging in a variety of functional, commercial, and technical discussions.
- Fluent in both English and German, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the job.
