Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Protection Consultant to provide expert guidance on data privacy matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic advice on data protection to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the implementation of data protection measures in alignment with BSI basic protection standards.
- Oversee the practical application of the Standard Data Protection Model (SDM).
- Conduct thorough threshold analyses and data protection impact assessments (DSFA).
- Lead workshops aimed at educating internal departments and external clients on data protection practices.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong IT focus.
- Extensive knowledge of data protection laws, particularly the Standard Data Protection Model (SDM), along with several years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with security processes and BSI basic protection is advantageous.
- Desirable skills include project management, process management, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, complemented by consulting expertise.
