ROLE OVERVIEW

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with leading producers, creators, venues, and key players in the entertainment sector.
  • Formulating and executing a growth strategy for the market, utilizing innovative methods to expand Fever's footprint in the region.
  • Skillfully managing contract negotiations with major partners to ensure sustainable economics and enduring value for all parties involved.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage and grow a diverse client base.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to successfully drive partner growth both locally and internationally.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and happenings in the entertainment industry; consider yourself the go-to expert for new and trending experiences.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional consulting experience or a proven track record in sales within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong skills in business development and partnership management.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up atmosphere.
  • A data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
  • Experience in the event and entertainment sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in German at a native level is required.
