Job Title: Senior Consultant Global Transfer Pricing Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Global Transfer Pricing Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to multinational corporations and mid-sized companies on transfer pricing strategies, including development, implementation, and defense of transfer pricing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on transfer pricing strategies, including development, implementation, and defense of transfer pricing policies.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing systems in line with tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Identify optimization opportunities and develop client-specific solutions, taking into account tax and business considerations, as well as the challenges of digitalization.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and defend transfer prices in tax audits.
- Support clients in international advance pricing agreements, tax disputes, and other transfer pricing-related matters.
- Take on significant project management responsibilities and provide ongoing support and development of client mandates.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in economics, law, finance, or natural sciences.
- At least two years of experience in transfer pricing, controlling, strategic management, or international taxation.
- Knowledge and experience in corporate practice in the fields of controlling, strategy, supply chain management, IP, law, and/or taxation.
- Excellent MS Office and English language skills.
- Ability to analyze complex, international issues and develop structured solutions.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and performance motivation.
