Job Description

  • Develop cross-media communication strategies for large, reputable clients in a complex environment with explainable products.
  • Design and implement channel-agnostic content strategies and lead digital content projects along the entire customer journey, considering topics like personalization, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and writers to create innovative communication solutions and see them through to implementation.
  • Understand the strategic communication needs of our clients and translate them into the requirements of the target audience.
  • Have knowledge of the specifics and peculiarities of the German market, but also be able to implement projects in an international context.
  • Support our clients with all your experience - advisory and as a sparring partner in the context of acquisition, the initial project phase, and project implementation.
  • Accompany projects in the field of change management with your expertise.

Requirements

  • Approx. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting function in the agency field.
  • Proven editing / writing experience.
  • A well-developed sense of the communicative needs and challenges of our clients and their target groups.
  • Well-developed knowledge of the various interaction possibilities of different content formats.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the technical possibilities of on- and off-page personalization as well as in the field of enterprise content management solutions (Adobe).
  • Very good German and English skills.
