DEINE AUFGABEN
  • In der Rolle als Client Support Specialist (w/m/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Koordination der gewünschten Anliefertermine mit unseren Kunden und prüfst die Verfügbarkeit innerhalb der eigenen Linienverkehre. Bei Bedarf beauftragst Du Kooperationspartner oder Subunternehmer. Du gehst proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an Probleme heran und hältst stets engen Kontakt zu den Kunden, um ihnen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Zudem erstellst Du Angebote und erteilst Preisauskünfte.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit und hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im KEP-Customer Service Umfeld gesammelt. Die Kommunikation mit Kunden ist Dir vertraut, und Du denkst sowie handelst stets kundenorientiert und lösungsorientiert.
