Lead Architect for Complex Projects

I.K. Hofmann GmbH is a global enterprise with a workforce spanning numerous countries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Architect to contribute to our esteemed architectural firm based in Munich on a full-time basis.

Your Role

As a Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex construction projects both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of architectural and organizational project management, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for intricate construction projects, encompassing all phases from design to implementation.
  • Financial Oversight: Assume full responsibility for project budgets and expenditures throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate and integrate diverse teams of specialized planners and project participants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor the project team, providing clear direction and support to achieve project objectives.
Your Qualifications

We are seeking an accomplished Architect with a proven track record of success in complex construction projects.

Essential Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven years of professional experience encompassing all phases of the architectural design process.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading project teams and effectively collaborating with clients.
  • Experience in managing complex projects within industries such as healthcare, science, or industrial construction.
  • Exceptional coordination and integration skills to ensure seamless collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software applications, including Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Vectorworks.
  • Excellent German language proficiency and strong English communication skills.
