Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Architect to join our Experience Cloud division. This role is pivotal in guiding our clients and internal teams in the effective design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Lead Architect for Adobe Consulting, providing strategic guidance on solution architecture and technical implementation for AEM projects.
  • Collaborate with client teams to establish use cases, objectives, and architectural frameworks that align with business requirements.
  • Design and develop system architectures that fulfill defined digital experience and business objectives.
  • Engage with senior client leadership to present and advocate for architectural recommendations.
  • Work within a technically adept team to offer expertise in the design and planning of AEM solutions.
  • Analyze complex project challenges, propose optimal solutions, and facilitate discussions with clients and partners.
  • Ensure coherence between business strategies, IT roadmaps, and deployment teams.
  • Contribute to the development of Adobe's AEM practices and provide constructive feedback for product enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members.
  • Be prepared for occasional business travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, and core frameworks like Apache Sling and Felix.
  • Proficient in web technologies such as XML, HTML5, HTL, and client/server-side scripting including JavaScript and JQuery.
  • In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins.
  • Understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in web technologies.

Consulting Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions with peers and senior-level clients, including C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in risk management and adept at navigating challenging engagement scenarios.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and support for colleagues.
