Role Overview: As a Senior Solution Architect specializing in PLM, you will be responsible for the architectural design and execution of PLM solutions utilizing Siemens Teamcenter. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
Client Engagement: You will work closely with clients to comprehend their business challenges, articulate PLM requirements, and devise comprehensive solutions that foster business transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends in PLM and related fields.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated and scalable PLM solutions.
Documentation and Training: Develop detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of Teamcenter solutions.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization within both valantic and client environments. Lead initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of PLM solutions.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 12 years' experience in PLM solution architecture, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter. A proven track record of delivering PLM solutions for complex projects is essential.
Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. A deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM processes, methodologies, and best practices is required. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; B1 proficiency in German is necessary.
