StaffHost digital is seeking an experienced Head of Salesforce to lead our team of Salesforce Specialists in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts and building a strong presence in Germany.

As the Head of Salesforce, you will lead a large team of Salesforce Specialists, drive our expansion efforts, and build a strong presence in Germany. Your expertise will focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Specialists to deliver outstanding results.
- Drive the expansion and growth of our Salesforce presence in Germany.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce solutions.
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development within the team.
- Proven experience leading large teams of Salesforce Specialists.
- Strong background in expanding/building up teams in Germany.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within Salesforce.
