Construction Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the global construction team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Engage in the planning and management of construction engineering tasks.
  • Evaluate construction timelines and provide support on-site while tracking progress.
  • Implement risk management strategies and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental engineering standards.
  • Develop and enhance operational competencies through the creation of work instructions and standard documents.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines specific to the industry and the company's ethical standards.
  • Compile the final project report and document lessons learned.
  • Prepare and review construction cost estimates.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in construction engineering, execution, and site management.
  • Proficient in managing subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong skills in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
  • Fluent in English with proven leadership and intercultural skills, along with proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
