Position: FTTH Network Implementation Manager

We are seeking a proficient FTTH Network Implementation Manager to enhance our operations at OXG Glasfaser GmbH. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of both passive and active FTTH network elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish protocols for the integration of FTTH network components in alignment with engineering specifications.
  • Oversee logistics for OXG aggregation nodes, ensuring timely procurement of essential materials.
  • Provide technical guidance to suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal evaluation to invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with network deployment standards for new FTTH components.
  • Collaborate with key suppliers such as Vodafone and Altice to optimize network performance.
  • Leverage expertise to improve interdepartmental communication and maintain knowledge repositories.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with fiber optic networks.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional ability to convey technical information to varied audiences.
  • Experience with xPON technology and project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
