Als FTTH Engineering Delivery Manager übernimmst Du die Projektleitung und die Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen. Du stellst sicher, dass die Projektziele termingerecht und im vorgesehenen Budgetrahmen erreicht werden.

Projektmanagement
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Bewertung der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und arbeitest aktiv an der Konzeptionierung sowie der Koordination der Umsetzung mit.
  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und minimierst Projektrisiken unmittelbar, um sicherzustellen, dass unvorhergesehene Probleme zeitnah angegangen werden.
  • Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen technischen und nicht-technischen Projektbeteiligten.
Qualitätskontrolle
  • Du verantwortest, entwickelst und hältst Qualitätskontrollprozesse aufrecht, um sicherzustellen, dass das Design, die Entwicklung und die Umsetzung des Ingenieurprojekts den branchenüblichen Standards und Anforderungen entsprechen.
Voraussetzungen
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von technischen Projekten, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Glasfasernetze (FTTH) mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Glasfaser-Netztechnik (Linientechnik, NE4, FTTH) und/oder GPON/XGS-PON Übertragungstechnik sowie den relevanten Protokollen (Ethernet, TCP/IP) und L2/L3-BSA-Konzeptionierung.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informationstechnologie/Nachrichtentechnik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich, oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.
  • Du bist neugierig, hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest Dich schnell in neue fachliche Themen ein.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und bist bei uns gefragt.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
