Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners, providing daily communication and customer service, and maintaining customer data in our CRM system.

You will work closely with our team to develop new strategies and build the pillar of growth in the company. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and self-confidence will enable you to build strong relationships with our hotel partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and partners through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our national and international customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system
  • Process customer requests and tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to develop new strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with our hotel partners and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a start-up, agency, or hyper-growth environment
  • Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Empathy and self-confidence to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
