Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Representative. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer inquiry is responded to with the highest quality.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about our courses, technical issues, memberships, and more. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are efficiently routed to the relevant teams and that customers receive timely responses that meet their needs.
You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and becoming the trusted voice of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent German (native level) and English language skills
