As a trusted advisor, you will assist our clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including the transition from local GAAP to IFRS or adapting to new accounting standards.

  • As a (Senior) Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d) focusing on the digitalization of financial processes, you will take on the operational leadership of projects and coordinate multiple consulting assignments, along with the technical and, if applicable, disciplinary responsibility for team members.
  • You will advise our clients on national and international high-profile projects and be actively involved in all project phases, from acquisition to completion.
  • You will design and implement measures to optimize and automate financial processes in finance and accounting, utilizing modern technologies.
  • Your practical experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of current topics, enabling you to independently manage the entire value chain—from process analysis to developing recommendations and executing solutions—while being a respected partner to your clients and colleagues.
  • Additionally, you will promote the professional and personal development of your team members.
Your Profile
  • To be a (Senior) Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d) with us, you should possess a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling.
  • You should have at least five years of professional experience in consulting or industry.
  • Furthermore, you should have knowledge in digitalization, automation, and technology.
  • Analytical thinking combined with creative and structured problem-solving skills is essential.
  • Experience in re-engineering processes in finance and accounting, as well as practical knowledge of IT solutions such as SAP FI/CO, BlackLine, Trintech, Redwood, etc., is preferred.
  • A strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel, will complete your qualifications.
