We are seeking a Senior Finance & Treasury Operations Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our team at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.
Your Role.
As a pivotal member of the Finance and Treasury Team, you will be tasked with the implementation of treasury management systems, ensuring operational readiness for Innomotics' independence following the closure of transactions.
You will oversee the establishment and administration of the finance and treasury IT framework, which includes payment platforms and in-house banking tools, along with master data management, user permissions, interface monitoring, and the administration of cash pools and intercompany settlements. Your responsibilities will extend to the implementation and management of the global bank account and payment structures across both regulated and non-regulated jurisdictions, including cash pooling and account reconciliation. You will ensure effective cash concentration at a central level by monitoring bank account balances and managing short-term cash requirements. Your duties will also encompass the execution of payments and the processing of bank account statements related to finance and treasury operations. You will collaborate closely with other Finance and Treasury teams within Innomotics to drive ongoing optimization and the digital transformation of processes. Candidate Profile.
A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, or a related field, ideally supplemented by a finance-related qualification. Extensive experience in treasury management, preferably within a global mid-sized corporate environment. Experience working internationally, providing you with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and their interaction styles. Proven expertise in the digitalization and automation of treasury and cash management processes, including relevant reporting. Exceptional networking, collaboration, and communication skills are essential due to the high volume of internal and external interactions required for this role. You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, demonstrating commitment and resilience. Your curiosity and openness to new ideas make you an invaluable team player, contributing to the success of the Innomotics Finance & Treasury Team. Proficiency in both German and English is required.
