Senior Treasury Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities.
As a member of the Finance and Treasury Team, you will oversee the implementation of treasury management systems, ensuring operational readiness for Innomotics' independence following the transition. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the finance and treasury IT framework, which includes payment platforms and in-house banking tools, along with master data management, user access, interface monitoring, and the administration of cash pools and intercompany settlements. You will manage the global bank account and payment structures in both regulated and non-regulated regions, including cash pooling and account reconciliation. Your role will involve centralizing cash management by monitoring bank account balances and addressing short-term cash requirements. You will execute payments and handle bank account statements related to finance and treasury operations. Collaboration with other Finance and Treasury teams at Innomotics will be essential to drive ongoing optimization and process digitalization. Candidate Profile.
A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, or a related field, ideally supplemented by a finance-related qualification. Extensive experience in treasury operations, preferably within a global mid-sized corporate environment. Experience working internationally and a strong understanding of diverse cultures and their interactions. Proven expertise in the digitalization and automation of treasury and cash management processes, including relevant reporting. Strong networking, collaboration, and communication skills are essential due to the high volume of internal and external interactions required for this role. A highly analytical and conceptual approach, demonstrating commitment and resilience. An openness to new ideas and a collaborative spirit that enhances our dynamic Finance & Treasury Team.
