Senior Treasury Operations Manager

Position Overview.
We are seeking a Senior Finance & Treasury Operations Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our team at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.
Your Impact.
As a key player in the Finance and Treasury division, you will oversee the implementation of treasury management systems, ensuring operational readiness for Innomotics' future independence.
Key Responsibilities.
  • Manage the establishment and administration of the finance and treasury IT infrastructure, including payment platforms and in-house banking tools, while overseeing master data management and user access.
  • Develop and maintain the global bank account and payment framework across various jurisdictions, including cash pooling and account reconciliation.
  • Facilitate cash concentration at a central level by monitoring bank account balances and managing short-term liquidity needs.
  • Execute payments and process bank account statements related to finance and treasury activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other Finance and Treasury teams to drive process optimization and digital transformation.
Your Qualifications.
  • A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, or a related field, ideally with additional finance qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in treasury management, preferably within a global mid-sized corporate environment.
  • Experience working internationally, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural interactions.
  • Proven expertise in the digitalization and automation of treasury and cash management processes, including relevant reporting.
  • Exceptional networking, collaboration, and communication skills to effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, demonstrating commitment and resilience.
  • A proactive and open-minded approach, contributing positively to the dynamic Innomotics Finance & Treasury Team.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
