Position Overview
- Lead the development and technical direction of the Requirements Engineering team
- Oversee the coordination of both internal and external requirements collection and management
- Collaborate with Product Management, Testing, and Vehicle Performance teams
- Facilitate ongoing communication between technology and product management
- Classify standards and regulations for technical requirements
- Develop comprehensive vehicle testing strategies and work closely with the internal testing team
- Ensure alignment throughout the implementation of requirements, technical development, and physical validation
- Utilize specific software tools for the implementation and monitoring of requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in the automotive sector with a focus on defining vehicle requirements
- Strong understanding of vehicle structures and functionalities
- Methodical work style with a focus on documentation
- Proven leadership skills, intercultural awareness, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Proficiency in both German and English
