About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team at HOLON. As a key member of our Research & Development department, you will be responsible for leading the development of E/E body systems contributing to the level 4 self-driving HOLON Mover.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and development partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of E/E systems.
- Oversee and manage compliance with quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to perform system analyses, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring system functionality and maturity.
About You
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in automotive system development, including hands-on experience with system integration and validation.
- Strong understanding of E/E vehicle architectures, Diagnostics, Cyber Security, and Functional Safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with in-house teams and external partners.
- Project management skills, to prioritize and solve tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
