Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Alpine Metal Tech Germany GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards
  • Oversee internal and external reporting
  • Monitor financial accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
  • Lead project controlling, pre- and post-calculations and business intelligence reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and special business evaluations
  • Lead and motivate the finance team
  • Optimize and develop business processes within the company
  • Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants, banks and insurance companies
Requirements
  • Commercial training with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) and/or a degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an international production / industrial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of preparing annual financial statements as well as financial and controlling reporting
  • Independent, systematic and analytical way of working
  • Team player and ability to lead and motivate employees
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Good ERP and MS Office skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
