Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing our comprehensive range of sterilization and disinfection control solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing channel partner support while implementing effective marketing, lead management, and sales strategies to elevate our brand presence and market share.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Manage 2-4 key accounts, including the preparation of proposals and the development of sales incentives.
  • Oversee forecasts and sales funnels to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market territories to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Continuously assess partner needs to ensure adherence to agreements and anti-corruption policies.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, molecular biology, or a related discipline, ideally with experience in the medical device or regulatory sectors.
  • Over five years of experience in direct sales or large account management, with a minimum of two years in channel sales management.
  • A proven track record of increasing market share within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors in Eastern Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and CRM tools for effective business operations and analytics.
