**Job Title:** Key Account Manager

**Job Summary:**

Mesa Germany GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business relationships with key accounts in the Eastern European region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Eastern European region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, OEMs, and value-added resellers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
