Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with Cognex's strategic objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop ongoing, relevant training materials for Sales Engineers and Management.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate various training formats, including instructor-led sessions, live online classes, and e-learning modules for both new hires and existing personnel.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and technical trainers to manage onboarding logistics, including venue arrangements and equipment readiness.
  • Sales Process Training: Conduct training sessions focused on sales methodologies and professional sales conduct.
  • Competency Assessment: Regularly evaluate the skills and competencies of trainees to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Course Updates: Revise training programs to reflect the latest product offerings from Cognex.
  • Cultural Integration: Embed the Cognex ethos of 'Work Hard, Play Hard, Move Fast' into all training initiatives.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional planning abilities to manage multiple training sessions across various roles within the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching and facilitating sales and soft skills training.
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of training and facilitation experience, ideally in a sales context.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
