Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities- Identify potential customers and develop targeted campaign strategies based on in-depth research of our target groups.
- Proactively identify leads and sales opportunities using previous experience with inbound leads.
- Set up appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Optimize created content with a SEO strategy.
- Establish relationships with potential customers through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, cold calls, and targeted social media approaches.
- Continuously follow up with existing customers and evaluate customer needs.
- Keep our CRM up-to-date to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
- Utilize relevant tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research and evaluate additional leads/prospects.
- Deep understanding of SDR, including lead development, best practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on qualifying and building a pipeline at scale.
- Comfortable working with modern sales techniques and tools, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to take risks, and assume responsibility.
- Self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strategic, structured, and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to make and drive decisions.
- Full proficiency in German and English.
