Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Customer Support Specialist, der sich für die Erfolgsgeschichten unserer Kunden begeistern kann. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden sein und ihnen bei der Nutzung unserer Systeme helfen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unser Team unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der ersten Nutzung unserer Systeme und beantwortet technische Anfragen.
  • Wir legen einen Schwerpunkt auf die Erfolge unserer Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer Produkte.
  • Als Customer Support Specialist werden Sie Teil eines festen Teams sein, das unsere Kunden mit technischen und allgemeinen Fragen unterstützt.
  • Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Ideen zu formen und Ihre tägliche Arbeit innerhalb Ihres Teams zu gestalten.
Ihr Profil
  • Wir suchen nach jemandem, der Erfahrung in der Unterstützung und Beratung von B2B-Kunden mitbringt, idealerweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen oder ähnlichem Umfeld.
  • Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, technischen Support oder Account Management sind ein Plus.
  • Wir suchen nach jemandem, der lösungsorientiert denkt und in dynamischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf behält.
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist uns wichtig, weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
